Position will be responsible for cooking and preparing all food orders for the grill and fryer for the Henry S Parker Athletic Complex. Responsibilities will include, but not limited cooking and expediting food for all food related events, adherence to safe food and all related cleaning tasks in concession stands and HPAC.
Physical and Environmental Conditions:
Must have the use of sensory skills in order to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through the use of personal contact as normally defined by the ability to see, read, talk, hear handle or feel objects and controls.
Must be capable to effectively use and operate all necessary kitchen related equipment.
Ability to lift up to fifty pounds, significant standing, walking, moving, lifting and carrying, bending, kneeling, reaching, handling, pushing and pulling.
This is a season position ranging from April to November.
