Responsible for leadership to shape the goals and strategies of the LMB. Assure integration of all committees and efficient operation of initiatives. Serves as an internal and external communication link. As detailed in Article IX of the Partnership By-laws, this position is evaluated by the Executive Committee and subject to the authority of the Director of Administration for Wicomico County in accordance with the provisions of the Wicomico County Charter and the personnel policy of the County.
