Responsible for the administration of all maintenance operations and maintenance related activities within the Wicomico County Department of Corrections owned and occupied properties and buildings. Responsibilities include budgeting, planning, organizing and accomplishing maintenance programs in electrical, structural, plumbing, HVAC and building systems, participates in the installation and maintenance of electrical services in compliance with laws, codes and regulations; creates long-range maintenance plans to include equipment replacement schedules. Provide direct supervision for Maintenance personnel and willing to work a flexible schedule.
