Under the direction of the WYCC Building Manager, the Event and Services Coordinator will assist with the successful coordination of events hosted by the department. Duties focus on, but are not limited to, event management and logistics and may include event set up/break down, layout, vendor and participant communication, budget management and task list development. Position includes work both in the office and on-site at events. Assist the WYCC Building Manager with research projects and other duties as assigned.
