Under the direction of the Director of Administration and Executive Committee, the Director of the Local Management Board provides leadership to shape and implement the goals and strategies of the LMB as well as assure integration of all committees and efficient operation of initiatives. Main Duties:
- Assures development of the LMB and Executive Committee meeting agenda and related notifications, meeting materials, and records including meeting minutes;
- Assists with operation of LMB committees and initiatives directly and through designated staff;
- Develops office policies and procedures;
- Manages fiscal affairs including budget preparation and financial reports;
- Hiring, supervising, and managing staff;
- Supporting the development and timely implementation of strategic plans and action plans;
- Representing LMB in the community and with various stakeholders building and sustaining collaborative relationships; and
- Developing, writing, and reporting on grants, MOUs, RFPs, contracts, and monitoring the performance of awardees.
