The Kids Klub Site and Pemberton Park Nature Camp Directors oversees all duties associated with successfully providing a safe, fun, and dynamic summer camp experience to youth ages 5 to 12 and reports to the Director of Summer Camps.
Duties:
- Supervises and gives direction to both counselors and campers;
- Tracking participant enrollment records, participants files, incident/accident reports, behavior write-ups, & daily attendance;
- Documenting daily rental agreements;
- Keeping track of time sheets and inventory supplies, & communicating all needs and concerns to the Program Director;
- Planning, directing, and overseeing daily activities;
- Collaborating with other staff to develop and implement program improvement strategies;
- Maintaining a clean environment; and
- Enforcing rules and consequences and ensuring program is operating within license requirements.
