Chef

Position will be responsible for Food Production. Working directly with Assistant Food Service Administrator, Food Service Administrator and the Food Service Manager in all aspects of Encore Food Service Division at the Wicomico Youth and Civic Center, Recreation, Parks and Tourism Department. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to: food preparation, expediting food for all food related events, inventory control, adherence to safe food handling procedures, banquet room set up and all related cleaning tasks.
