Responsible for care and management of transfer station, i.e., open and close at posted times; monitor county radios during hours of operation; verify all vehicles have a valid county sticker attached to their windshield and it matches the tag number; check all recycle bins, recycle antifreeze, oil and packer (if at the station); open tops and metal bins to see if they are full or empty. At the end of each day, report the capacity of the bins; keep transfer station entrance, grounds and building clean and free of debris at all times; clean around all recycle bins.
