Provides clerical and administrative support to the Permits and Inspections Division of the Planning & Zoning Department. Position includes, but is not limited to, general secretarial duties; attends some evening meetings that include taking and transcribing minutes; receives the public and responds to inquiries; reconciles operating and revenue accounts.
