Inspector, Nuisance Code

Receive and investigate complaints to determine if violations to the County Code exist in relation to abandoned vehicles, trash, rubbish, uncontrolled growth of weeds, and other codes as directed. Will initiate inspections; notify property owners of non-compliance; issue citations and conduct follow up inspections.  Respond to code questions both in the field and by phone.  Attend court proceedings when necessary. Reports to Code Enforcement Officer and assists Zoning Administrator as needed.
