Responsible for preparing the financial reports for the WYCC business activity including room rentals, entertainment, catering and concession activities. Prepare a business report which summarizes and projects the WYCC activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings, based on past, present and expected operations. Monitor and track revenue, expenses, account receivables, account payables and other general ledger account activity. Assist with event settlements and verify all show related financial activity. Oversee and reconcile ticket, room rental and catering sales in the box office. Monitor bank balances and assist in monthly reconciliations. Assist with other division financial reports and help with audit preparation. Other financial related duties as assigned.
