The Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) provides leadership to all staff to assure that care standards are met and the highest degree of quality resident care is provided at all times. The Administrator has the authority, responsibility and accountability for the overall operation and financial success of the facility.
The ideal candidate for the position will meet all of the state requirements for a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and will be currently licensed as an LNHA in the state of Maryland. Other requirements include a thorough knowledge of governmental regulations impacting nursing facilities, comprehensive knowledge of employment practices and administrative management procedures.
