Position will be responsible for the set up and service aspects of the Henry S. Parker Athletic Complex (HPAC). Responsibilities will include, but not limited to managing concession staff, customer service, cooking and expediting food for all food related events, adherence to safe food and money handling procedures, and all related cleaning tasks in concession stands and HPAC.
Provide quality customer service for HPAC concession stand. Follow safe food handling procedures. Follow all HPAC food services policies and procedures including money handling, food preparation and clean up. Safeguard supplies and materials to prevent theft.
Report any food quality or customer service concerns immediately to the Concession stand manager, HPAC Food service manager or Athletic Complex Manager. Perform other related work as required by the HPAC Food service manager or Athletic Complex Manager.
This is a seasonal position ranging from April to November.
